What is Off the Mat Coaching?

In adulthood, we often lose touch with the importance of mentorship and support on the roller coaster of life. Although we may receive some guidance from friends and family, it can helpful to have support from someone with a perspective outside of your current situation or environment. This is where Off the Mat Coaching comes in! With a background in both counseling and yoga teaching, I understand the importance of working with mind, body, heart, and soul to navigate life’s challenges. I have used these principles both on and off my yoga mat throughout my own journey of processing trauma, grief, forgiveness, and chakra balancing.

In Off the Mat Coaching, I will empower and guide you to uncover your values, set meaningful intentions, create an action plan to fulfill those intentions, and support you through forgiveness work and chakra clearing.

As a coach, it is my responsibility to be a true partner who empowers you with tools, recommendations, and support on your assigned path. 

You will have my full support in tackling whatever it is you’re up against, wish to achieve, or hope to manifest.

Ultimately, you’re going to confront whatever you need to confront in order to heal, but I’ve got your back in the process. 

Together, we’ll not only face discomfort, but find peace within it.

It’s a busy world we live in! Off the Mat Sessions are flexible to work for you and with your schedule. We can meet weekly or biweekly, in person (in the Inland Empire regions), by phone, or via Skype. You will receive email support from me in between meetings to check at your convenience.

Ground into your values and navigate back to your true self

  • 3 guided (60 minute) coaching discussions with me

  • Reading and podcast recommendations to continue your growth and momentum
  • 1 (60 minute) personalized yoga class (in person or online)

Session 1 • Ground: Exploring values: Uncovering, defining, and exploring what you truly value.

Session 2 • Feel: Defining intentions: Setting meaningful intentions that are led by your values.

Session 3 • Act: Taking action: Creating a realistic action plan led by your values and intentions. 

After our third session, I will check in with you, and we can define a path from there that feels right for you.

Package Two: Rise

deep dive into your values & intentions

$550

Includes:

  • 5 guided (60 minute) discussions with me
  • Weekly support and check-ins via email
  • Personalized RISE worksheet
  • Action items and detailed “plan of attack”
  • Chakra-balancing techniques specific to our areas of focus
  • Yoga pose and sequence suggestions tailored to you
  • Reading and podcast recommendations to continue your growth and momentum
  • 1 (60 minute) personalized yoga class in person or online

Session 1 • Ground: Exploring values: Uncovering, defining, and exploring what you truly value. Defining intentions: Setting meaningful intentions that are led by your values. Setting boundaries: Creating clear boundaries for a more healthy balance.

Session 2 • Feel:  Exploring the chakras: an introduction into the chakra system and working together to choose areas of focus.

Session 3 • Explore: Balancing the chakras: A deeper dive into your chakra system and balancing your subtle energy.

Session 4 • Create: Creating change: Setting meaningful intentions led by your values with an understanding of your energy system.

Session 5 • Act: Taking action: Creating a realistic action plan led by your values, intentions, and chakra strengths. Reflecting: Growing from feelings-based reflections – how does it make you feel to make decisions from your values and intentions?

After our fifth session, I will check in with you, and we can define a path from there that feels right for you.
